Wear resistance where it matters

Flat carbide plates act as sacrificial wear surfaces in chutes, guides and dies, where abrasive media would erode steel quickly. The fine-grain structure keeps the surface smooth while resisting abrasion.

• High hardness for abrasive and erosive environments
• Flatness maintained for use as a sliding surface
• Can be cut, ground and drilled to drawing
• Several thicknesses and cobalt contents available

Typical applications

Liner plates in material handling, guide rails in packaging equipment and wear inserts in stamping tooling.
