CNMG Turning Insert

Chip control for steel roughing

A negative rake geometry with a reinforced edge prepares the insert for interrupted cuts and heavy stock removal. The chipbreaker is matched to the feed range so chips break inside the cutting zone.

  • Indexable 80 degree rhombic shape for rough and medium turning
  • CVD and PVD grades for different cutting speeds
