What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard minimum order is 10 pieces per item. For trial orders we can be flexible.

Can you provide samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders are available and are usually shipped within five working days.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard items ship in 7 to 15 days. Customized items depend on the drawing and quantity.

How do you ship the goods?

We ship by express for small parcels and by air or sea for bulk orders.

Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?

Yes. We support customer branding and customized specifications.

What quality documents can you provide?

Material certificates, dimensional reports and inspection reports are available on request.
